If you know about the M13 bloodlines, the M23 comes from that storied line. Al Merrick’s favorite board, he made it for himself and through decades he rode multiple variants testing them from Rincon to Sunset.

The M23 is a real true blooded high performance hybrid which makes it exceptional to adapt from a wide range of wave conditions to all possible type and size of surfer.

Don’t make a mistake, this is not a similar board to the CI Mid. The M23 carries more foam, boasting a fuller rail and sleeker nose outline.

A nice board that will help you paddle easily while still responding more like a shortboard.

· Anatomy of M23 · 

We already said that the M23 carries more foam and has quite a fuller rail and a sleeker nose than the CI Mid surfboard. It also has a hybrid nose shape and a medium tail width. The entry rocker is past medium similar to the exit rocker. The balanced style of the rocker sits in the middle of a staged style and a continuos style.
